Powell Padilla and Partners is small family run asbestos consultancy based in the West Midlands with offices in Gloucester close to the M5 motorway covering the South West. Our principal surveyor is Ryan Powell, a qualified and fully competent asbestos building surveyor with 5 years of site and project management experience. We offer Type 1, 2 and 3 asbestos surveys, management advice and bulk sampling programs for private home owners and business to business clients. We can undertake asbestos sampling only services on all types of property. We currently work with a number of insurance companies, housing associations and schools and universities following water or fire damage, vandalism etc. We are also happy to attend private homes if asbestos has been identified by a surveyor or for peace of mind.
